My wonderful friend Steve was over in Hull visiting for the first time in a while, and we had a lovely catch-up with him, my friend Colin and my Brother Rich. Got a couple of nice pics too - the group one can definitely go on my wall of happy memories!

Very foggy and cloudy all day There was a couple of Goldeye ducks and Magpies and Chickadee's out on the Island today.
Staying warm...and keeping a low profile with his natural kitchen camouflage. Any time the furnace is running (and he's not passed out on the couch), he heads into the kitchen to absorb some warmth.

My climbing rose is still flowering.....a little smaller than the summer blooms, she is only about 2 inches in diameter but still a joy to see amongst the desolation of dead things in the garden :-)
