The Darksaber is a unique and ancient lightsaber built by the first Mandalorian to become a Jedi. The blade has a few interesting properties: It has a black core as opposed to a white one, it's more sword shaped, it crackles with light, and it's a bit shorter than a regular lightsaber blade.
The Darksaber first appeared in the TV show Star Wars The Clone Wars, and has been an important part of the more recent episodes of Star Wars Rebels. Despite the fact that it's the same weapon in both shows, the Rebels version (which my MOC is based on) is quite a bit more detailed than the Clone Wars version.
The MOC is strong enough that I can hold it at any angle without any issue, and I can swing it around moderately without it breaking.

Here is a character that I wanted somuch more from. I wondered how he could have survived, but he did. His character in Clone Wars and Rebels was awesome.
Thanks for looking and have a great day!
Just some photos of the ships now that I’ve built one, and sprayed the Nubian silver! It’s a simple vinyl dye, the kind of paint you use on fake leather car upholstery, but it soaks into the Lego and gives a durable finish. I wish I’d remembered to spray the N1 Starfighter before I ran out of paint, maybe next time. Instructions for the Nubian, Infiltrator and N1 are on Rebrickable... rebrickable.com/users/ron_mcphatty/mocs/
I've actually made this as a shooting set for some other Tatooine pictures that I plan to take, but since everything was at hand, here it goes...

"My lord, I've been assured that this helmet provides more aerodynamic performance. We couldn't find one with a tinted visor, but don't worry I've instructed the troopers to shoot on sight if they catch anyone pointing their camera at your face."
Haven't posted any toys for a while. Enjoy..
