Day 70 of 365 - I went camping with my three children, sister and niece. We all, and we had a brilliant few days! The first night we all brushed our teeth, donned our pyjamas - ready for bed - and headed into the forest with our torches. After a bit of exploring we had fun taking photos of torch art - a new experience for us all! Enthused and experimental they made shapes then dashed over to see the results! It was such fun that we stayed longer than anticipated - other than a very slight crop this was SOOC, which shows how dark it had got!

This is another costume I have worked on over the years. This is the first time I did this costume, and had to keep the hood up since I had no head tattoos to match the facial tattooing. However, I was very proud of doing the tattoos with makeup by hand -- no stencils or masks. The clothing part of the costume is simply black clothes and cape, with black boots. Once more, the costume is made by makeup and attitude.

This little group started with the modified TIE Bomber. I added surface detail to this ship as well as a more interesting bomb loading and dropping mechanism and space for the gonk droid in the pilot-side of the hull. The TIE Fighter and Vader's TIE Advanced are built to match the proportions and scale of the Bomber, using the same cockpit style. They can be built invididually but my intention was that they're a modification of the Bomber set, with only £10 of extra parts needed in addition to 75347.
