Since this is Disneyland, and the good guys are obviously in charge (except maybe in accounting), the Darth Duo hasn't a chance against these kids. They defeat them using the techniques they learned from their trainers, and force them to take their leave. Later, they're official Padawans, with diplomas to prove it. They don't keep the training lightsabers though, can you imagine how much that would cost?
