Week 64, Assignment 3 for Take A Class With Dave and Dave.
Kaleidoscope. Just a bit of post processing, mirror your image 3 or more times to create a bizarre kaleidoscope effect. I can’t find a good example, but look in a kaleidoscope and you’ll see what I mean.
Using this program to create a Kaleidoscope using this image. It isn't nearly as colorful as the test run that I did, but I dig it. Plus the test run didn't meet the guidelines of the group.

This has been an absolute blast to do, one of the rare projects where I play with the actual Lego and dive back into Studio when it’s all done. I think I’ve managed to improve the proportions, the lower half of the ball now looks more rounded, the wings have a very subtle curve, the nose is a bit sleeker with that area in front of the ball slimmed down to something much less bulky.
.
The ship is still solid and swooshable, the droid-dropping feature is gone but there’s still space for a couple of the droids and the cockpit will still hold Maul on his little hovering Sith Vespa thing.
.
Best of all, no extra pieces required 😊
The pass given to fans for the Star Wars Celebration event just prior
to the release of the prequels in 1999.
LIttle did we know that these new movies would really, really suck.
"At last we will reveal ourselves to the Jedi. At last we...AUGH MY FOOT!" -- Darth Maul (not an actual quote)
One of the downsides of having an overly-long lightsaber is that it leads to accidents like this.
