A Monarch pair deliriously focused on their mating dance in the tall Tatarian Asters. The male is in the front and the female up on her tower of lavender Fall flowers. These are the last asters, and almost the last of all the flowers except for Monkshood, still in bloom. They're covered with butterflies and bees in search of nectar and pollen from morning until night. We've had minor frosts but not a killing freeze yet, so everyone is still awake...and looking for food & frolic.
You've gotta dance like there's nobody watching,
Love like you'll never be hurt,
Sing like there's nobody listening,
And live like it's heaven on earth.
