'Het Speulderbos' is called ' the forest of the dancing trees'. The forest is not just mysterious, it is also very rare. It's a paradise for birds (of prey), deer, badgers and wild boars. So there is enough choice to have a good time!

Abbassando lentamente le palpebre
sento il mio corpo librarsi
delicatamente nell'aria,
passo dopo passo
inizia la danza.
La mano sicura afferra la bacchetta
e il nastro rosa gira intorno all'anima,
si lascia andare leggero e si fa seguire
da spirali di luce intensa.
La melodia accompagna un lancio con un salto
e una capriola presenta il finale.
Scivola la palla sul corpo libero,
gira il cerchio della vita,
le clavette son lanciate in cielo
e volteggia la funicella.
Gioia di sognare, in un ricordo da dimenticare,
che emozioni ancora nel cuore mi fa provare.
Mi risveglio dal sogno e con una piccola magia
la malinconia dalla danza viene portata via.

Dance performance “Care” by Helena Krinal & United Dancers of Zuga.
The dance performance “Care” focuses on how difficult, easy, depressing, and uplifting it is to care for someone else.
The collaboration between Zuga and Helena Krinal, which started by chance, turned out to be so interesting and enriching for both parties that they have now been researching and creating together for six years and have reached their third performance – “Care”. Previously, they created “Noise” (2019) and “Shame” (2021). “Noise” was nominated for the Estonian Theatre Award in the dance performance category in 2020.
Led by the Estonian Dance Agency and local cultural organizers, TantsuMENÜÜ brings dance performances all over Estonia.

These Blythe dolls are Silent Lucretia (Neo), Sweet Spell Scarlet (Petite) and Yellow Marshmallow (Middie) for “Everybody dance now” on Flickr and “Bewitched” on Facebook. I added the disco lights effect with the app called A Color Story. I used the 3 day free trial because I don’t want to pay for another photo editing app! I already pay for PicMonkey, but it doesn’t have the effect I wanted for this photo.

Jaksa street is well-known for backpacker and tourist destination in the heart of Jakarta city. A small street with plenty of cheap accommodations or hotels, restaurant, bar or cafe and also discotheque along the way. It attracts tourist especially foreigner to hang out here and find the exotic of non-glamorous Jakarta's night..
Every year, Jaksa Street Festival celebrated with many of attractions involved, such as live music, local Betawi art exhibitions, culinary festival, handicraft stalls, etc. This event starts at July 10th and will be ended on Sunday, July 12th.

I usually dislike most everything to do with Halloween,, but this little figure is quite attractive
The Sandhill Cranes are the birds that "sparked" our interest in birding. They hang out in our area in Central California during the winter. The dancing ritual is great fun to watch. The bird in the air was one of the highest jumpers I have seen, making it look really easy to go straight up. I think the bird on the ground was pretty impressed also.

Over the past several years, and in spite of the silliness of some of it, I have come to enjoy ballet and admire the athleticism of the dancers. They are certainly athletes with grace!! I mostly see ballet at Chautauqua in the summer, but this was one of the performances in a local concert series here in Lancaster PA. (I especially enjoy the position of their feet.)

Updating this for Jesse Doncaster's dance fever pool
After purchasing a new pair of Doc's at a real bargain, I was feeling pretty cool. When I got out in the parking lot, and saw these awesome shadows coming out of my feet, I could not help myself. I started dancing with my camera right there, and I'm sure I got more than a few looks, but I wasn't looking :-)
