I was leaving the house when I noticed the setting sun was having a direct hit on some icicles. I quickly grabbed my camera just in time to catch a couple drips falling.

7.1.16... this pretty much sums up today.. cold and driech!! although it is getting just a teeny bit lighter in the afternoons so Spring can't be too far away.. surely?!
For my 52 Themes shot for water I spent saturday trying to capture water drops.....its harder than I thought!
Hanging in the greenhouse end of the gardening shed are a line of these tiny faucets. The colors are great, but I don't know if they really work. They do make for a nice photo.

We set up a bunch of tarps in the gazebo to keep rain out, some pretty heavy storms were coming through, actually it was the same storm that sent tornadoes through New Hampshire, but luckily most of the weather went north of us.
