A Lindo Style Creation, www.lindostyle.com machine knitted dress, cotton with crochet garnishings by silver threads and knitted ruffled edges
Third Skater dress, this one, with a bird on it. Must be cool. Amanda at Kitschy Coo is responsible for the pattern (all other insanity is mine.)
A variation of my simple realpuki dress with fancy vintage trim - can't for the life of me remember what that thread insertion method is called - it's too simple so it's not in my embriodery book. I got this trim with the other really sheer stuff (someone suggested could be silk viole instead of cotton or some sort of mix) which I had been using for these dresses.
So instead of focusing, I'm messing about with realpuki sewing. I have a bunch of Blythe Petite patterns which I'm altering for this size - I started when I first got her but you know how life is... I have underpants (really they look like tight boxers which I made when I first got her) and a muslin dress with ink stains all over (thank you, fraycheck) which I made yesterday.

Up in my shop from today! Lovely & delicate Chickadee and Ginkgo biloba dress. This dress breathes spring. The wide V neckline and the silk belt make it such a feminine little number.
Everything about this dress is unique. The dress is handmade of 100% Silk. The outerfabric is inkjet printed with my illustrations of the Chickadees.
The dress is fully lined to give it a better shape and it ensures it is not see through. The lining is made of lucious silk too. Silk is the most comfortable and luxurious of fabrics.
Each dress is handmade by me. I number each dress and I will register you as the holder. Because it is art that you are wearing.
Each dress is made to order, but currently I have a size S that is ready to ship.
State your Bust, waist and Hip size in message to seller, or let me know what size you usually buy.
This dress will be shipped registered.
Care instructions: Dry clean only- this is 100% silk.
I am very happy to be uniting my fashion background with my nature illustrations.
About my illustration: We were walking in a bird estuary when I saw some small birdies in the corner of my eye, flying away. They had black little heads so I suppressed an excited scream; this must be the world famous chickadee! I walked a bit further away, and there they were again, teasing me. When I tried to photograph them...they were gone again. Cheeky-dee!
