This place, out by the sea, is really beautiful (9164-P4). The light, and not least the weather, changes quickly. It creates fascination and drama. Norway has beautiful scenery, but it also has a dangerous coast. The people who live out here have always been connected to the sea, as sailors, as fishermen and as whalers. And the beautiful coastal landscape is shaped by the waves, through an eternity of time. Enjoy, my friend):
Dieser Ort am Meer ist wirklich wunderschön. Das Licht und nicht zuletzt das Wetter ändern sich schnell. Es erzeugt Faszination und Dramatik. Norwegen hat eine wunderschöne Landschaft, aber auch eine gefährliche Küste. Die Menschen, die hier draußen leben, waren schon immer mit dem Meer verbunden, als Seefahrer, als Fischer und als Walfänger. Und die wunderschöne Küstenlandschaft wird von den Wellen geformt, durch eine Ewigkeit der Zeit. Viel Spaß, mein Freund):
Este lugar, junto al mar, es realmente hermoso. La luz, y no menos importante el clima, cambia rápidamente. Crea fascinación y dramatismo. Noruega tiene hermosos paisajes, pero también tiene una costa peligrosa. Las personas que viven aquí siempre han estado conectadas con el mar, como marineros, pescadores y balleneros. Y el hermoso paisaje costero está moldeado por las olas, a través de una eternidad de tiempo. Disfruta mi amigo):
Cet endroit, au bord de la mer, est vraiment magnifique. La lumière, et surtout le temps, change rapidement. Cela crée de la fascination et du drame. La Norvège a de beaux paysages, mais elle a aussi une côte dangereuse. Les gens qui vivent ici ont toujours été liés à la mer, en tant que marins, pêcheurs et baleiniers. Et le magnifique paysage côtier est façonné par les vagues, à travers une éternité de temps. Amuse toi mon ami):

Some crazy intense storms came through yesterday evening. The storm arrived at sunset which put on a spectacular show of color and drama.
Even though they grow in the back of my garden, Monarda 'Jacob Kline' or Bee Balm always captures my attention. I love their dramatic color & form!

This sweet bird needs no explanation. She was simply beautiful the way she was perched at her nest. She was simple exquisite!

Kuta, Bali, Indonesia May 2007
The clay in Kuta reflects the beautiful sun and clouds, adding drama to life
We were traveling in the Khwai reserve and had spotted a female leopard when we received a radio message that a young leopard had captured an impala fawn.
We were quickly at the scene.
The fawn was still alive, the young cat didn't quite know how to kill the poor thing.
Hunting was one thing, killing was another.
How did mom do that again???
We were able to watch the drama for 90 minutes, at the end the cat dragged the antelope, which was still alive, onto a tree trunk.
I take pictures because I like it, not because I am good at it.
The world is like a book and those, who do not travel, only read the first page.
If you only visit 2 continents in your lifetime, visit Africa, twice.

Eventful Couple of hours! had my gear in car, went straight to St Mary's after seeing the bairn as knew there was some anger in the clouds, lost my big golf brolley to the sea trying to protect the camera and filters from the rain so if anyone finds it, I aint a litter bug lol
Gets home and no bloody wallet, cancelled all me cards then 5 mins later knock on door, an old chap had found it at Old Hartley car park and drove to mine with it bless him.
She has got a real presence. Gifted with this incredible colour and its fourfold epiphany, the amaryllis is a visual predator - forcing herself (according to Greek mythology she is a country girl) into view and triggering my attention. She is a beautiful drama queen.
