Well I headed off out for a sunset attempt but unfortunately that was scuppered by a lack of clouds. Fortunately though, this little beauty popped up enroute and saved me from a total wasted trip :-)
Daffodils (narcissus) are native to Europe and were brought to the Americas in the 1600s. The double daffodil is considered rare, but they grow wild and plentiful here on the farm. Perhaps they are simply overlooked in preference of the more delicate and neat trumpet-like varieties.
This is my son, Jerald. When he saw me doing self portrait the other day, he asked if I can take his picture with the Rock Band guitar posing as a rock star (not so much :)). While we were rehearsing, he came up with an idea of putting another guitar on his back. So there he is, my very own rock star with two guitars...hehe.

Garden Snowdrops - solo double snowdrop growing in a pot in the back yard. I placed a mirror behind it to cover up the plant behind it which gave a nice blurry reflection
365: The 2015 Edition (205/365)
We had a long day of rain for our first day in the mountains. But, at sunset, the clouds parted and a double rainbow glowed in the sky.
Outside of Chester Station, the Private Charter went into Chester North Junction for Class 37 locomotives D6817 (37521) and D6851 (37667) 'Flopsie' to attach and take over the haulage of the train. Now at the helm, the pair double head the excursion through the station, as it heads east toward Crewe.
Found this one whilst cleaning out my HDDs the other day and realised I had only posted the Mono version. Here it is in colour. Single long exposure with a mid exposure tripod and lens swap from 50mm to wide in a superb abandoned railway tunnel in the Peak District. Happy times.
Cormorants often stand in the sun with their wings spread out to dry. They have less preen oil than other birds, so their feathers can get soaked rather than shedding water like a duck’s. Though this seems like a problem for a bird that spends its life in water, wet feathers probably make it easier for cormorants to hunt underwater with agility and speed.

I rarely photograph deer, but these two little ones were just too cute to pass up with those big thick winter coats and snowy aspen landscape.
Have a great Tuesday!!!
Every now and then I like to indulge in making up new realities using elements of my photos. I had a lot of fun creating this #lookup. I hope you like it & forgive me for being a photographic "double-crosser". 😏
The double-crested cormorant is a member of the cormorant family of water birds. It is found near rivers and lakes and in coastal areas and is widely distributed across North America, from the Aleutian Islands in Alaska down to Florida and Mexico.

Fisketorvet is one of the shopping malls in Copenhagen. In the beginning it was quite lonely, on the old harbor, but other houses, both residental, and offices has been built around the shopping mall. And now, it is a pretty cool area.
