as i excavated down through the layers covering my sewing table, i found this cork board and lettering pre-sewn for a different project, long forgotten. i put the two together and hung it on my wall.

This was mommy's version, the toddlers got bored. I think in future I'd draw the skeleton in glue then let them pick cut-up q-tip pieces to complete the man as they liked. But hey, I enjoyed it!

The shirt I ordered last summer when CRAFT had a sale was big in all the wrong places. It has since sat in my sewing room for the year and while messing around on other projects I discovered some cute calico fabric that coordinated adorably. Using some fun elastic techniques I made a cute little tanktop that fits PERFECT.
I started this project with current stash which is no longer available...it's time to get funky! Here are some coordinating papers I'm contemplating.
And who doesn't have a plate with an eyeball on it in their basement? :) I crafted the eyeball out of translucent Sculpey and a plastic teddybear eye. I made the ball, then inserted the teddybear eye and removed it, leaving the imprint of the eye stem. I baked it, and with the little bit of shrinking, the eye went in tightly enough not to require gluing.
