Basic coating of the individual camera parts is done with shellac. Next all parts are given a finish with bees wax.
Lumenbox Mimesis placed on the ground next to a tree trunk, facing the foliage. Exposure time: 15 minutes. Dry paper, Agfa Brovira (very old stock). No chemical process.
My friend Le Fras agreed to help me with a shoot and showed up with a suit on, We went to an abandoned building site and took a few photos. Shot using my DIY large format camera. Arista Ortho 2.0 film. 4 second exposure at f32.

My garage with me in the back. I would have picked a more scenic spot for a test if I thought the camera might function properly. This shot is actually a continuation of the other one I posted.
This is a test run of a rotating camera I put together. Still some bugs to work out. It's pretty simple, the camera rotates around a fixed cylinder inside the camera. That cylinder acts as the take up spool. The full roll sits next to it, I tape the end of the film to the cylinder and the rotation wraps the film around it. Then I spend about 10 minutes in a changing bag unwinding the film and winding it back onto a spool.
Taken with a home-made pinhole blender camera with 5 pinholes. The camera is made from an empty tin can, and takes 35mm film.

The green-sensitive XRAY film really shifted the natural tonality of the red grains and the yellowish part of the pomegranate's insides.
