Real estate industry have been in the business for a long time. It started during a time when humans have stopped being nomads and started having permanent lands. They started having tribal leaders, who overseas their whole land and settle disputes with other tribes. This is also the start of other tribes trying to take over the lands and defending their own. This is observed in human history as this is the main reason why war between countries started, conquering different lands or countries for their resources and their location. As the time goes changes are need to be made, revolution for the industry is needed hence the start of what we know today as real-estate.
Real estate business involves buying and selling of real property, it can be land, building or maybe a house. Seemingly easy buying and selling of real estate is tough. I don't have tubing in the right size for any of my 5mm stones. This is a premade bezel that I soldered upside-down so I could grind a new seat, only to find I don't have the right size bur, crap! I read on ganoksin about using a dapping punch to enlarge the bezel - DON'T DO IT! Talk about a round seat, I chipped this rather expensive natural zircon in the process of trying to set it, and sent two additional stones flying among the detritus of my studio. Despite annealing after all of this, the bezel is too hard for me to move by hand. I give up for tonight.
In the middle you can see my dapping-die block and some punches. This tool is used to curve metal sheet cut-outs. It is not easy to form a perfect half-dome and then, from two half domes, make a sphere, but it can be done.
On the right is "Madame" This is a cast iron (very heavy) form reproducing the shape of a woman's neck and chest. It is used to shape necklaces correctly.

Back along I was taking lots of photos of empty lanes (no bikes in the shot...) trying to convey the peace, quiet, and beauty of the lanes, and why I like them, but now summer is here, the trees are in full leaf and the sunshine all dapply, I actually don't find them so photogenic. I like the wintry feel and the mass of bare branches on display in the colder months. So I've been taking fewer shots like this lately, even though drifting along these lanes in the summer warmth is always a pleasure, it's just visually I prefer the lanes in winter.
