Found the latest, and apparently best ROM for the old Eris. And even found some tips on overclocking; set at 710MHz right now. My old Eris was pretty stable at 767MHz, but this one is definitely not; locks up almost immediately with a green screen. Pulling the battery is the only way to reset it.

Supposed plan is to turn it into a VoIP phone for the grandmother, even though she has a landline.......
