Leaf-cutter Bee on Cosmos flower. Although they usually cut pieces of leaf from shrubs in the garden, sometimes they cut discs from the petals of the Cosmos flowers. Our garage is made of concrete panels bolted together. The bees occasionally use some of the unused bolt holes to make their nests.
