I've wanted to customise My Little Ponies for ages since I learned it was a 'thing' - but I never really had any ideas. I used to customise model horses (Breyer, Magpie etc) and loved MLPs as a child (my mum sold ours at a jumble sale >.<) so it wasn't a big surprise for me to want to combine the two.

I have an idea - I'm certain it's been done a million times before (I found one but it was a bit rubbish) but I just want to do it. I don't particularly like it or want to keep it either! It's just a project.

Anyway, base coat here. The photo does a fantastic job of disguising the nice shading I did and the beautiful metallic paint, and instead making it look a bit bland, splotchy and poorly done. I'll see if natural light helps tomorrow :(

Just the basic Daniela that came out ages ago, so decided to spice her face a little, because I found it a little boring after a while. I was going for a punk-ish face so really, this outfit only looks good on her.

I only used paint for her face. Since the Liv Doll range doesn't have any fairly "normal" wig I found this awesome Moxie Teenz wig. Although the one thing I didn't like about it was when I opened from the box it felt really sticky and gross to touch, but after a wash with warm water it was perfect :).
