Honda F6C, AKA GL1500C AKA Valkyrie based on the engine and running gear of a GL1600 GoldWing tourer.
Nice minimal customisation, with body work made to mimic the 70's styling set by the Triumph X-75 Hurricane.
...also is it my imagination or has Ueno's "motorcycle City" district basically died since 2006 when I was last there.
Instead of dozens of bike shops and accessory stores I was hard pressed to find a half dozen remaining... kind of sad really.

No doubt those in Lego and Ford Bronco circles would have seen the AI-generated model posted as a reel on instagram by @blueridgeaccessories. A great looking model for sure, among a bunch of other AI-generated models.
As a designer of Lego Broncos myself, I took a long, hard look at what the computer created, and wondered if it could indeed be translated into a real build.
Took some doing, but I present here the Gen 1 in 1:15 scale.
Instructions are available - customised to spec and colour

Customised raw lacquer Brompton. Brooks B17 Saddle, Brooks yellow leather full length grips, Brompfication hinges and seat clamp, Brass easy wheels, Tiller cycles alloy chain wheel guard anodised by Steve Anodise, Kettering leather mud flaps and hub cleans, RAW carry handle.
I bought my Brompton at Moose Cycles, London. They also helped with installing some of the mod's like the chain wheel guard which can be a bit awkward. Great shop!
When I bought this girl I planned to keep her make-up as is...unfortunately, she had a few problems with flaws and scuffs. Instead of completely changing her, I sandmatted her to get rid of the problems, kept her make-up colours the same and just sanded around her lips. Next on the list - her new scalp.
I modded and painted this Nerf Maverick to be suitable for use as a film prop (here's what it looked like to start with). It's also performance modified with air restrictors and dart guides removed. I used 2 coats flat black spray enamel and dry-brushed silver and copper paints over the top, with highlights picked out in gold. I kept the Blaze Orange muzzle cap unpainted for legal reasons, but I've photoshopped one of these images to show what it would look like with a painted muzzle cap. :) Steampunk-inspired, and based on the work of some other very talented Nerf modders.

This is the Camaro SS I rented in LA, but unfortunately the body mods have all been created in Photoshop. If the car had also been 1200lb lighter it would have been a better proposition, and much more exciting to drive. Saying that, 6.2 litres and 400hp was quite nice to experience.

A lovely visit today from Clare, Matt and the lovely Alfie. We attempted a walk to the sea, but we only got as far as The Hoe as the weather was awful!
After visiting Build-a-Bear and customising 'Bee the Dog', we went for a lovely lunch. Here is Alfie modelling Bee's sunglasses!
Not sure what else I'll do with her but I think for now I'll leave her repaint as she is for a while. Posed with my old Flounder and Sebastian.
Midnight Pearl, a custom 1953 Ford Panel Truck is a mash up of a few Linotopia themes:
Firstly, the model is a clear reference to 'The Mountain Pearl' - a customised 1953 Ford pickup. This model is featured in White with red panelling, and was a Lino recreation of a famous custom original by Otto Rhodes and Bill Dickey. I recently recreated this model myself. 'The Mountain Pearl', and 'Midnight Pearl' form a handsome couple to the 7th Build Challenge, - "Night & Day".
Secondly, Lino created a Panel Truck version of the 1953 Ford for LUGNuts 59th Build Challenge - 'Nifty Fifties, Daddy-O'. Lino's model was featured in black, with a second tone of blue flames, starting from the nose. The other special feature of Lino's original model was the installation of a wheel-chair access from the back of the truck, including a ramp - this has also been recreated for this model, including Lino's original miniland figure.
Thirdly, though Lino did not build this particular model for the Build Challenge, the 58th LUGNuts challenge theme included a sub-theme to build a 'Any Bad-ass vehicle, customised to accommodate a wheelchair'. My chief issue in filling this theme previously was the 'bad-ass' bit - as most of my vehicles are indistinguishably conservative.- hence the need to go build some Linotopia models, and stir in a bit of crazy once in a while.
This Lego miniland scale Linotopia 'Midnight Pearl' custom 1953 Ford F100 Panel Truck has been created for Flickr LUGNuts' 96th Build Challenge - The 8th Birthday, titled - 'Happy Crazy Eight Birthday, LUGNuts' - where all previous build challenges are available to build to. This model is built to the LUGNuts 58th Build Challenge, - "Order by Numbers" - a challenge to build a model to a selection of sub-themes. This model being built to "Any Bad-ass vehicle customised to accommodate a wheelchair". This is also another Linotopia model - in honour of esteemed LUGNuts founder Lino Martins. This meets one of the other previous challenge themes, number 25 - "I Wanna Be Like You". And, thirdly, as a complement to 'The Mountain Pearl" shown previously, this half forms the pair to the 7th Build Challenge, - "Night and Day".
Born and raised in the northern mountain kingdom of Skyreach, Fey Alarren is most at home where the sky is close and the air unfettered. Both a manipulator and weaver of the upper winds and those birds and spirits that make their homes there, she is one of the most powerful Sky Druids alive. She has come south in search of four powerful artefacts of ancient and arcane power, rumoured in tale and legend to unlock the sacred vault hidden in Skyreach’s capital city of Frostholm. To assist her in this quest she has enlisted the help of a ragged band of adventurers, questors who seek wealth, power, fame and fortune. And so our story begins with the quest for the first of the four keys, hidden deep within the ancient woodland of Wyrmhill Forest...
The first in my ten-day participation in the Castle challenge in the Minifig group; the 'figs from which are also the main cast of my long-term castle project, a Lego-illustrated fantasy tale featuring an OOTS or LFG style band of adventurers.
