Why must the modern age be so difficult? Why can't I get high speed Internet without a computer science degree?
I'M TRYING TO RUN A 24/7 DUCK CAM HERE, ROUTER/COMCAST PEOPLE! CELEBRITY DUCKS. LIVE: ALL THE TIME. WHO GIVES A $#!% ABOUT PARIS HILTON? MY DUCK JUST SWAM IN HIS POND ON LIVE WEBCAM!
Why do I have to update the firmware on my router and check the Mbps and duration rate to troubleshoot it myself? Why? Why do I care if my Internet provider isn't automatically assigning me a new IP by DHCP?
Why? WTF? Just work.
...to get to the seventh floor to open up the swimming pool at the Hotel W in Chicago? 15 minutes, as it turns out. It should have opened at 6.30 am; it took several phone calls to get it
open by 6.45.
which is a pity, because the hotel gave me a nice welcome gift of goggles and swim cap. Amazing; I'm not sure whether it was personal or just coincidence... (I was going to write and thank the concierge for the nice gift, and I still will, but I will also include a link to this post.)
But they blew it by screwing up on the morning I had to leave promptly to catch a flight. As it happens, I *really* wish I had caught an earlier flight. The one I was on got diverted to Stewart Airport, and I got back to New York four hours late, sans luggage, after a series of misadventures too painful to recount.)
We ( www.crmit.com/ ) recently conducted a session in our office about Six Levels of Service, according to Ron Kaufman. This is the list : Unbelievable, Surprising, Desired, Expected, Basic and Criminal. For more information, google for it :)
The reason why i'm writing this today is simple, we really change lives in our program, we've seen many customers walk into our company with a no so good credit score and leave in a vehicle and they star the process....
1- The customer gets in a vehicle, and we start the process.
2- The customer always pay on time, and that is reported to Transunion.
3- The customer's credit goes up!!!!!!
4- The customer finish the lease and actually upgrade to a different Dealer to a newer vehicle.
Now this customer raise the credit up and now is able to buy a house or open their own business, it's awesome what we can do in a place like this we've seen more than 5,000 customers take advantage of our program here at drivehere.com and we are proud to invite you to be part of this life changing experience......
Visit us either at conshohocken PA or Langhorne PA , or call us at 610-239-7300, yes this is our phone number 610-239-7300 , Dial it right now and start changing your life today

A hierarchy of needs for customer satisfaction, inspired by Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of basic human needs.
I decided to transform the rather long captions I'd written for my two earlier photos into a broader blog post about transmitting and transforming customer dissatisfaction, and thought it would be helpful to have some kind of visual framework to characterize how these - and other - examples exemplify different levels of expressing and addressing customer needs.
