The people of car shows, something about this shot that I love, just seems like "old times" when life was simple, and good!

Some cars were fully refurbished and others were still in progress, some are just left in their original state that they were found in. Some are barn finds and others are pulled out of fields!

The TV aerial attached to the rear window was a very popular accessory for lowriders in the 1960s.

This is the actual car bought by Larry Watson new at the time of the big 4 passanger T Bird's introduction on to the market. He customized it as shown within a matter of weeks and the rest is history.

1953 Buick Skylark designed by James Hetfield, the frontman of the heavy metal band Metallica, and customized by Rick Dore Customs.

Fully enveloped flame job, about as good an example as you'll see.

Traditional 1940s custom modifications with a decidedly more modern paint treatment.

Beautifully done in the Barris style
