Tonight my friend Olivia and I made turkey burgers (first time for both of us) and "mint mojito lemonade." Success all around :)
(makes 4)
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 tbsp curry powder
2 tsp chopped fresh mint
sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
olive oil for greasing pan
1/4 pineapple chutney
4 slices naan
Mix turkey, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1 tbsp curry powder, 1 tsp chopped mint in bowl until evenly distributed. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix remaining curry powder, sour cream, and mint for topping.
Preheat oven to 350, heat naan for 5 minutes. Fry turkey burgers on medium heat, 4 minutes per side. garnish with chopped onion, chutney, mint/curry mix, and tomato.

اول شيء حبيت اقول انا ماحطيت الوصفه الا لأنها الذ و اسهل و اسرع اكله ذقتها و سويتها بحياتي , شفت كثير منزلين كاري الدجاج بس كانت طريقته صعبه علي , هالطريقه سهله جداً وماتاخذ منك ربع ساعه .
* المقادير :
بصلة كبيره مفرومه .
4 فصوص ثوم مدقوقه .
ملعقه كبيره زنجبيل طازج مبشور .
4 صدور دجاج مقطعه مكعبات .
3 طماطم مقشره و مقطعه مربعات .
ملعتين كبار صلصة .
نص كوب كريمة خفق .
نص كوب ماء دافيء .
ملعقة كزبره مفرومه .
* البهارات : " مهم مهم مهم ولا ينقص ولا شيء منها والا بيتغير كل الطعم وكلها مقدار ملعقه صغيره "
ملعقة ملح .
ربع ملعقة فلفل اسود .
ملعقتين مليانات بهار الكاري الهندي .
نص ملعقه كركم .
نص ملعقة كمون .
نص ملعقة شطة مجروشه " يمكن بدالها شطة بودره ".
نص ملعقة كزبره .

* الطريقه :
على نار عاليه مره حطي زيت بالقدر و البصل و الثوم و الزنجبيل و احمسيهم زين .
اذا بدا يتغير لون البصل حطي صدور الدجاج وشوحيها لين يتغير لونها وتحسين انها استوت نص استواء .
إذا استوا الدجاج نص استواء حطي فوقه " الطماطم , الصلصة , و البهارات كلها بعد ماتخلطينها مع بعض مثل ماسويت انا بالصوره " وحركيها زين لدقيقه .
بعدين اذا تسبكت المقادير كلها الحين نحط كريمة الخفق + نص كوب ماء دافيء , وحركي لين يطلع لك اللون الاصفر , حطي الكزبره فوقها و غطي القدر و قصري على النار , لمدة خمس دقايق بس عشان يستوي الدجاج استواء كامل
قدميه مع رز او خبز , وعافيه على قلوبكم
The viscosity of the curry was right, but the taste was a little bland and not nearly Malay enough. This dish was really expensive (comparatively), and I regret not getting the Hainan chicken the place is known for.

Parking access onto nearly 1,800 acres of Bureau of Land Management property in this area is provided through an easement from the California Department of Fish and Game. The parking easement site is along the north side of State Highway 198, east of Parkfield Junction and 6 miles west of Coalinga. The trailhead is located across the road on the south side of Highway 198. The regional topography is very steep and rugged. There is a kiosk located in the parking area providing an interpretive panel, a map, and information about the area. There are no facilities, running water, or trash collection.

Built by the mighty PRR in the 1950s, the former Sam Rea Car Shop still stands as a mix-use industrial park. Curry Supply Holdings leases about 1/3 of the building for two of their divisions, Curry Supply and Curry Rail Services. The adjacent yard is also managed by Curry Rail Services for railcar storage. Current capacity is about 2000 cars.
