This is right after a bath when her hair is especially curly. I tell you, her beautiful hair is entirely wasted on me. I have no idea what to do with it, and I can't bear to cut it. I guess I need to learn how to braid.

Curly Sue, but all grown up!

This is a VERY elegant piece with copper wire and silver wire wrappings capturing a gunmetal-gray bead and dangling a black shard.

This special type of curly bread was presented to us at our last family gathering in Germany. It had a rather spongy texture to it and a rather hearty taste, not at all sweet like I was expecting. I wish I could remember what this bread was called, or what it was made from, but alas, I cannot remember.

Don't you just love a butterfly's curly slurpy straw tongue thingy? I think butterflies are very cool for many reasons, the proboscis being one of the coolest. One of God's neatest creations, the butterfly, reminds me of my new life in Christ. Because of Him I am a new creation, no longer bound by my old self but alive and free from sin. I'm forgiven.

My craft room had become cluttered and in need of organization. Netflix has been showing Marie Kondo's decluttering show. I watched it and started to declutter and organize my room. I think there must have been subliminal hints or she hypnotized me!

I found a sweater in a drawer and started to deconstruct it. Voila - curly strands of yarn. We moved to Raleigh, NC from Omaha, NE. No need for wool sweaters anymore. This is the second sweater I have taken down to the yarn.
