End of course for Banco Popular. The sixth Spanish bank barely escaped bankruptcy, thanks to its acquisition for 1 euro symbolic by the Santander group. The announcement made Wednesday morning puts an end to weeks of suspense, during which the management of the troubled bank sought a solution to solve its liquidity problems. The situation had become unsustainable, while Banco Popular was caught in a stock market spiral that had made it lose last week, half of its capitalization on the Madrid Stock Exchange, from 2.7 billion euros to 1.4 billion euros.

L'annonce faite mercredi matin met fin à des semaines de suspense, durant lesquelles la direction de la banque en difficulté a cherché une solution pour résoudre ses problèmes de liquidité. La situation était devenue insoutenable, alors que Banco Popular était pris dans une spirale boursière qui lui avait fait perdre, la semaine dernière, la moitié de sa capitalisation à la Bourse de Madrid, passant de 2,7 milliards d'euros à 1,4 milliard d'euros.

.... Pachi was the name of the mascot of the 2015 Pan American Games. The choice of mascot, whose design was based on that of a porcupine, an animal found in all 41 countries competing at the Games. There are 41 stylized conical spines on Pachi's back: one for every country participating in the Games. The spines are one of five colours, each of the five representing a quality the Games are said to endorse: youth, passion, collaboration, determination, and creativity.

Last version of my Creativity piece. Thanks to alreadybeenchewed.net (Barton Damer's blog) for the light streaks. Worked on this for about 4-5 hours on and off for about 2 days. Made the creativity letters and explosion FX in cinema 4d, along with the wireframe on the A of creativity, used cel renderer for that. Did post work in photoshop, manipulated colors and such.

I enjoy exploring my creative side when I'm cooking. I've never been real good at following recipes. It's not that I can't measure or follow directions, I just don't like to. I'll look at a recipe and use it as a base, but I always think I can do something a little different to make it better . . . make it my own. For this weeks' theme I photographed some of the seasonings I enjoy using in my kitchen. It's a palette for your palate.
As teachers are job is to make students learning enhance. Students like to see bright colors and things that attract their eyes so they remember.
According to the tag, the PoIC system seems function as "Discovery" capturer for me.
It helps capturing/storing ideas like an analog external HDD.
