My photographic creativity has not been flowing too much lately. I've been looking through some old photos that did not make it to my Flickr stream, for whatever reason. This one was taken in the Northern Adirondacks last summer. We were traveling Eastward, and I caught the fire in the sky in my rear view mirror, and pulled over to catch the sun as it began to sink behind the mountain.
Your vision can bend reality, you might see things unseen. Your sight is a sight of an artist. Where others see trees, you might see the forest. Where others see a dezert, you might see the ocean. Your vision can turn nothing to something. That's the creativity. So what do you see?
When I see the variety of colors and shapes that nature endows this faded part of a magnolia with, I am simply fascinated!

On the mornings when I wake feeling inspired, and can pour some of that into a picture it wakes my brain more effectively than the strongest coffee.
This is a wonderful combination of the M.A.B.E.L.-6 Cybernetic Head and Mechanical Owl Pet from LOGO, with the Cyberdoll body joints from Salt & Pepper. The 'rust' skin on the rest of the body is from Fallen Gods, The hairbase from Mina and the Bulb attachments from CABALPIER. The decor items are from Dirty Rat.
