Our local camera club assignment this month was fruits and vegetables. Out of my comfort zone and with limited interest, I must admit, I took this image I submitted and decided to play with it in a new editing program. Happy Sliders Sunday
I am really good at photographing flawed images. Luckily I consider Photoshop to be a valid option in the creative process.
I thought it would be fun to take some earlier images and reveal parts of them as they appeared "raw". This is the 2nd of that series.
Here i introduced colour casts, shade and shadows, elements such as the neon sign and martini glasses, and corrected body parts that merge into each other. The finished image can be seen here:

Have a look and compare. :)
a little fun editing on this scene.......captured on a Fall hike on our recent camping trip

A black and white edit of these clouds over the dead trees brought a little more drama to the scene. Happy Sliders Sunday
This image replaces the previous one which I removed, it was titled 1939 in error, this is a 1938 Buick model. The Art Deco period of the 1920s and 1930 clearly influenced the geometric shapes and style of these classic cars. I photographed the Classic at the Pakenham car show, I processed the image in Photoshop to remove destructions from the original and added the car head light elimination affects.
There is a saying I heard somewhere that goes like this. “There is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothes.” Well, we do have good clothes for all kinds of weather. However, I can see how the grey rainy days can bring a person’s mood down. Even our umbrellas are “see through” to let in as much light as possible! Happy Sliders Sunday!
