Black sunday 12/8/13-- am participating in sympathy for those who don't have high speed internet access and therefore had been squeezed out by the first big change. I am participating but will comment on pics that you add, since not everyone feels as strongly about this. i fear that we'll lose even more with the newest proposed and suggested beta changes. A huge portion of the beauty of this awesome community is the discussion and passion for photography and our photographs. Make no mistake, the pictures are central-- we are not facebook, we are a community of artists in the photographic medium, who choose to support one another!!

Woody is busy canning the last batch and preparing a new one! Tonight the dinner will be Quinoa with Sun dried tomatoes and cilantro!!! BTW for those that don’t know, sun-dried tomatoes are ripe tomatoes that lose most of their water content after spending a majority of their drying time in the sun. These tomatoes are usually pre-treated with salt before being placed in the sun in order to improve quality and lose more water. Typically, tomatoes spend 4-10 days in the sun in order for the sun-drying process to be complete.
