PANORAMA CITY - The Los Angeles Fire Department's Recruit Training Academy Class 22-2 celebrated their class graduation on December 15, 2022, as they became proud probationary members of the LAFD.
Friends and family of the graduates were joined by City of Los Angeles Fire Chief Kristin Crowley and civic and community leaders, in congratulating and welcoming the 48 newest members of the Department in a ritual filled ceremony that was also streamed live on-line.

After 9.30pm... empty seats on rides for little ones... they've all gone home to sleep. I'm sure I would have had nightmares with a green monster like that looking at me while I whirl round on a gentle ride. Sponge Bob was on the other side!

Most boats moored here face being sunk either by the 12 foot waves that come in off the sea during storms although the river floods (which exits through the harbour) are a greater hazard still to the ever optimistic mariners.
In loving memory of Robert Tait Little who died Sept 19th 1907 aged 85 years.
Also of Jane, wife of the above, who died July 26th 1917 aged 78 years. At rest.
In 1871 Robert Tait Little walked from Scotland to Exmoor, herding the first Scottish Blackface sheep down the droving roads on foot. He remained here with his wife Jane, and their children Robert, John, Ellen and Thomas.

PANORAMA CITY - The Los Angeles Fire Department proudly hosted a graduation ceremony on April 1, 2023, to mark the accomplishments of dozens of high school students, who successfully completed the LAFD Youth Fire Academy, designed to train students for a prospective career in fire and emergency services. The graduation ceremony at the LAFD Valley Recruit Training Academy featured a practical skills demonstration by the cadets that highlighted their training.

A public Saturday 35-over Herts & Essex Border League cricket match between Hatfield Heath Cricket Club 1st XI and Potter Street & Church Langley Cricket Club 1st XI Hatfield Heath, Essex, England, on 1 August 2020.
