Zermatt, it's a pleasant town, but seriously they need to sort out all the traffic!!! This was base camp to getting up closer to the Matterhorn. I warned you all that I would be posting more gratuitous Matterhorn images!!! This is from a couple of weeks ago in Switzerland.
The whole traffic thing is a joke of course. Zermatt is actually combustion engine free, only electric and "grass-powered" vehicles up here. Which means you can't actually drive here, you need to take the spectacular cogwheel train to get to the village. Steep sections of the railway have cogs to stop the train from slipping backward or going down too quickly.
The horseman's outfit matches the Valais flag, which is the canton that Zermatt is in.
It's quite a lot of fun to hang out around 80,000 creatives and artists all week that are always happy. That's a lot of amazing energy that feeds all of us to be more creative! #burningman
Feeling creative. Would love some feedback. Trying to be creative, but not always sure I'm nailing it. Definitely not my comfort zone. So any suggestions are very welcomed. Thanks.

I think I created art today at the waterfall. I were sitting there admiring the waves dancing , the sun reflected some trees to into the waves and when I zoomed inn totally 200mm I got this creation. What do you think ?
There is a really nice feature on me and my Morecambe Bay project in Creative Boom today. Please take a look here if you get a chance:

A place of refuge in which to contemplate life and the world and then create images on paper of my view of things.
Taken for Dogwood 52 Week 6 Candy . I used spearmint leaves as an artistic addition to the drawing and a candy ladybird.
Best wishes to all for the holiday. One more celebration of lights, this one from the back reaches of Morro Bay,
San Luis Obispo Co., California
This tree is mostly visible to the public from one spot, the Morro Coast Audubon Society's overlook, and I have used that vantage point over the years. So this time I tried a different mental perspective from the same vantage point. (And as always, thanks so much to whoever erects and lights the tree for the rest of us to enjoy.)
