I tried creating an image like one of yours, but I'm afraid it's just a hot mess. It's a LOT harder than you make it seem...the sign of a great artist!

Another view of the Amethyst deceiver group I found two weeks ago. I liked the afternoon lighting but it was a bit harsh for macro, so I used the plastic bag i take to kneel on as a diffuser to create the softer lighting.

I was very, very concerned that I spelt create wrong.
I feel like I have seen this concept before, but I cannot remember where.
Created for Sliders Sunday. An impressive arch without the edits... I added a "tail" to make the arch look more like a dragon or serpent. See my previous post for the original. It was so much fun to discover and photograph this arch on my last hike in the remote eastern part of Joshua Tree National Park.

another shot from my day at the mountains. I had to go a bit up here to reach the cross .. and that with my skiing boots :P amazing what you do for a decent photo-chance
I was inspired by Lucy's amazing scrap cards to try one of my own.
I stamped the Holly Flourish background in Peeled Paint Distress ink on a scrap of a vintage book page. I used a red sharpie to color the holly berries. I finished with a From the Heart Greetings Sentiment (clear embossed to provide a bit more contrast on the Kraft)
