Create photos on Flickr

Assignment: I want you to photograph a word (singular). The catch is, you can't write or type the word. So this means put away your pens, pencils, markers, chalk, type writers, photoshop letters etc. To clarify: I don't mind printed letters (ie. letters cut out from a magazine, scrabble letters, kids' blocks etc.) but I don't want you to simply write/type out the word using traditional means.

Restriction: Don't use the word "love". Nothing against it, it is just way overused!

WIT: I had the kiddos make letters out of various items around the house. After photographing them, I placed the individual photos on a texture background and added some drop shadows.

C = glass beads on paper

R = left over part from a fawcet, a sharpening stone, a band clamp; the background is the sidewalk colored with chalk

E = buttons on paper

A = chalk on the sidewalk

T = crayons

E = legos

Chinese name: 北汽绅宝D50 (běiqì shēnbǎo D50)

Year of launch: 2012

At the end of 2009 BAIC (Beijing Auto) acquired the property rights and powertrain technologies of the Saab 9-3 and first generation 9-5. Production models based on these Saabs were launched from 2012 and entered the market from 2013 as Beijing Auto. In 2014 BAIC created the Senova brand for the Saab-based models, but also the Beijing E-series, from 2014 called Senova D20. The Beijing Auto E-series/Senova D20 is a small hatchback (or MPV) based on the Smart Forfour/Mitsubishi Colt platform, powered by 1.3 and 1.5-litre Mitsubishi engines.

The Beijing C50E debuted in 2012 and it went into production as Senova D50 in 2014. The Senova D50 is based on the Saab 9-3. Sales were decent but inconsistent in 2014 and 2015, and imploded in 2016.

The male marsh wren builds the nest in anticipation of the arrival of the female. Sometimes they build "dummy nests" which aren't used, they are never as well completed as the ones that are used as brood nests. Some scientists theorize that they are build as an outlet for the energy of the males before the females arrive. Dummy or extra nest building stops when the females arrive and mating starts.
