Other blanket column-related work. The wide range of scale represented in this exhibition presented us with some difficulty, especially as we were limited to sixty pages for both essay and plates. Here, the background field helped in setting each page up as a “room”, where, by manipulating the scale and position of the reproductions, we could move the work forward and back, hopefully maintaining a sense of proportion without clutter.

The cover design and the rough version of the image were sent to Michael Koelsch who began work on combining the source images and preparing to do his painting that's based on them. Ultimately Koelsch combined three photos from Michael Lewis (including this one that was the basis of Alton's head), one from Sam Scholes (the retro TV), and elements that he shot himself to complete the photo composite that the painting is based on.

Number 13 actually was a bad fortune number for magazine, so with great difficulties number 14 came out with a huge delay. Therefor number 14 on the cover page is presented as impossible object. Magazine no longer exists today.

Tel Aviv based Magazine

by Moshik Nadav

24//7 is a Tel Aviv (City in Israel) based weekly Magazine.

Tel Aviv is a non stop city that have attractions around the clock.

I used that fact and I created a magazine that gives the reader the best attractions that happen in the city.

The reader can find his attraction by the hour of the day and by that, he can see

what day the attractions is occurs.

The Magazine was printed on a News Paper in broadsheet size (spreads: 81x57 cm)

Enjoy.

Cover for the first English translation of Peter H. Fogtdal's examination of 18th century society, from the eyes of a reluctant jester.

The final cover spread (Minus the text) for my good friend's new book he put out this week. He asked me to do the cover art for him and this is what I did . Have to say I'm pretty sassified.

Amazon Createspace also recently rolled out a new Matte finish for their books and it's gorgeous, making this little book really lovely in hard copy, so I highly recommend picking one up.

They're hella cheap over on Amazon right now: www.amazon.com/Karma-Decay-Jude-Fawley-ebook/dp/B00HR8X1X...

Additional pages from the graphic work section, included here because I particularly like the detail at left.

Booth by C.C. Colbert & Tanitoc. As our super smart catalog writer says:

"In a time when brother was pitted against brother, no family was more divided than the Booths.

The United States has become violently polarized. Political fanaticism divides an embittered populace. A recently elected President—an energizing symbol of change for some, and a harbinger of the downfall of America for others—stands at the center of the turmoil. It is 1865, and John Wilkes Booth is about to assassinate the President of the United States.

From the pen of American historian C.C. Colbert and the brush of French comics master Tanitoc comes a thought-provoking perspective on one of the greatest villains of U.S. History: a killer who was also an actor, a lover, a doubter, and, in his own mind, a patriot."
