* 40 g peccorino cheese
* 70 g pine kernels
* 1 teaspoon of capers
* 1 table spoon of chopped parsley
* 2 table spoons of pickled pepper
Sauce
* ½ kilo of fresh, ripe tomatoes

* 1 spoonful of tapenade
* 2 table spoons of peccorino cheese
Preparation
Finely chop the smoked duck brisket and mix it with the roast pine kernels, the finely diced sweet pepper, the peccorino cheese, the parsley and the capers. Fry the veal fillets for a short while in Debic Roast & Fry, spread the crumble over it and place it for a short time in the oven. In the meantime, cut the polenta to fill 4 pastry tins. Then, dice the courgette and the sweet pepper very finely and fry for a short time in Debic Roast & Fry and mix with the tapenade, with a piping bag, pipe the mixture into the polenta and leave it to settle, then fry with Debic Roast & Fry.
For the sauce:
Simmer the onion, the thyme, bay leaves, garlic and parsley for a short time in olive oil. Peel and pit the tomatoes, add the tomato pieces to the preparation and let it simmer half an hour on low heat. Sieve, then return it to the stove and gently while adding Debic Culinaire and let it reduce to sauce consistency. Check the seasoning.
Place the veal fillets on warm plates, and lay the polenta tartlets alongside. Spoon the sauce near the meat.
In December, 2012, three Guernsey goats were released onto Howth heathland as part of a new conservation project. The plan by Fingal County Council is that the goats' grazing will stop heather growing out of control and curb the spread of brambles and bracken. Howth Golf Club is located on the beautiful scenic peninsula of Howth in North-East County Dublin, Ireland and features wonderful views over the city of Dublin. Looking south, are Dun Laoghaire, Bray and Co. Wickow, north, Co. Dublin and Co. Louth and the Sea to the East. On a clear day you can see as far as the Mountains of Mourne in Co. Down.
Founded in 1916 this heath land links style course was designed by the renowned golfer and course architect James Braid, a 5 times winner of “The Open” Golf Championship who can count the design of the prestigious Kings and Queens Courses at Gleneagles amongst his greatest achievements. James was well known for including dog-leg design golf holes in his course designs and the 5th hole in particular is an excellent example of how he blended a great golf hole into the unique Howth Heathers. The exceptional views from the 16th tee are worthy of mention in any golf guide.

Stone lithography courses are organised several times a year both at weekends and on weekdays. They are suitable for artists with or without previous experience of printmaking . Typically, participants are art students, art teachers, college lecturers, serious amateurs and professional artists in other media. As the number of places on the courses is kept to a maximum of four, each participant is encouraged to explore the medium in the way which is most appropriate to his or her own interests and experience, ranging from an introduction to the main technical processes of stone lithography, including preparation of stones, principal drawing and painting techniques and materials and printing skills, to more specialised subjects such as colour and transfer lithography. Other course formats and dates are negotiable: for example, a recent one day course was run for curators from the Word & Image Department of the V&A Museum.

Carinthian defense fight
The Carinthian defense fight (Slovenian Boj za severno mejo / fight for the northern border) was after the end of the First World War the armed conflict of associations of the provisional Carinthian state government with troops of the SHS state on the national affiliation of areas claimed by the SHS state in the southeast of Carinthia, whose population spoke Slovenian in large part.
Course
After Carinthia had declared by the Carinthian constitution of 1918 the accession to the Republic of German Austria, invaded on 5 November 1918 troops of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes (SHS state) the Southeast of Carinthia. The SHS police moved into the valleys Rosental and lower Gailtal. Ferlach and Völkermarkt, lain to the north of the river Drau and Lavamünd and Sankt Paul, lain to the south, in the valley Lavanttal were occupied. The Carinthian state government moved their seat in face of this threat to Spittal an der Drau.
On December 5, 1918, the provincial Carinthian state government under the provincial administrator Arthur Lemisch decided the armed resistance against further advancement of the SHS troops. The German-Austrian government officially rejected the defense - the starving country was dependent on food deliveries from the SHS state - but supported Carinthia, inter alia, through material and troop consignments. The leadership was taken by Lieutenant Colonel Ludwig Hülgerth as regional Commander-in-Chief and Lieutenant Hans Steinacher as troop commander. The liberation struggle, also known as the Carinthian defense fight, began in the Gail Valley with the reconquest of Arnoldstein on 5 January 1919, a march against the Rosental and the reconquest of Ferlach. On January 14, an armistice was closed; an American commission (the so-called "Miles mission", named after its leader Lt. Col. Sherman Miles) studied on-site the disputed area questions. On 29 April, the Yugoslavs broke the truce but were unable to achieve territorial gains. Until May 7, 1919, all except the vacated according to ceasefire agreement areas were occupied by Carinthian troops.
The Treaty of St. Germain envisaged a plebiscite in southern Carinthia; without vote, the Canal Valley Italy and the valley Mießtal, Unterdrauburg and the municipality of Seeland (valley Kankertal) were added to the SHS Kingdom. They belong to Slovenia today. Following the referendum decision, the SHS state once again attempted to create facts by force of arms. Regular troops under the command of General Rudolf Maister crossed the border on May 28, 1919, and seized Klagenfurt on June 6, but they had to evacuate it at the request of the Supreme Council of the Allies in Paris. From then on there were no further battles. All in all, there had been more than 200 killed and 800 wounded in Carinthia alone up to that time.
The plebiscite on October 10, 1920 in the southern "Zone A" (with about 70% Slovenian population, and occupied by troops of the SHS state) gave 22,025 votes (59%) for remaining in Austria and 15,279 (41%) votes against Austria. In other words, almost every second eligible Carinthian with Slovene mother tongue voted to stay in Carinthia, assuming that all eligible German-speaking residents of the voting area voted in favor of staying in Austria. If "Zone A" had decided to join the SHS Reich, it would have also been necessary to vote in the smaller northern "Zone B" (which also included Klagenfurt), which was occupied by Austrian troops.
In the aftermath the defense fight was often controversially discussed or instrumentalized by politics. It came to simplifications and distortions, which were also promoted by the established festive culture on October 10th.
