May your day shine beautifully dear friends..
With absolutely no tears, unless of course
they are tears of joy.. :)
On a sunny day, a walk around home let me discover some nice places where capture some gorgeous images. (Small frame added, look more interesting to me)
"Great Horned Owl Portrait" by Patti Deters. This Great Horned Owl was part of a raptor presentation. The bright yellow eyes were alert and watching everything and everyone. He was amazingly calm for all the attention he was getting. Photographed in Rosemont, Minnesota. If you like outdoor nature artwork, please enjoy more of my (birds, wildlife, more) images at patti-deters.pixels.com/featured/great-horned-owl-portrai....

Gaiba, Italy. Some years ago, in a sunny autumn day, walking along the riverside near my home town. Again the land is so flat that the eye is lost to the horizon, often interrupted only by low country houses and trees.
Taken during a short trip in Northern Europe to solve some boring family affairs. Unfortunately I have not had much time to take many pictures
as I wanted of those beautiful places.
I have to go back as soon as I can..;0)

Walking in the Circeo National Park. The amazing world under the trees… I’m fascinated by mushrooms and their ability to grow wherever there is shade and humidity, their shapes and colors, their tenacity. I don’t know them, I look at them, I admire them and I try to steal an image to take with me.

A detail of the rigging of an old galeas at the fishing harbour of Kalajoki, Finland. The galeas is available for tourist cruises in the summertime.
The beautiful fishing village of Manarola, Cinque Terre
The Cinque Terre is a rugged portion of coast on the Italian Riviera. It is in the Liguria region of Italy, to the west of the city of La Spezia. "The Five Lands" is composed of five villages: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. The coastline, the five villages, and the surrounding hillsides are all part of the Cinque Terre National Park and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Over the centuries, people have carefully built terraces on the rugged, steep landscape right up to the cliffs that overlook the sea. Part of its charm is the lack of visible corporate development. Paths, trains and boats connect the villages, and cars cannot reach them from the outside.

The Milky Way crossing the sky over a disused lighthouse on a sandy beach at low tide. The Andromeda Galaxy is visible just above the lighthouse.
Well it wasn't rain - but it was so much pink and purple in the sky that it was unreal while it was in real 😄
