It’s been many years since I last hiked up to Fei Ngo Shan, otherwise known as Kowloon Peak. Now I remember why, the climb up is brutal! Taking the unmarked, almost vertical climb through the forest brings you to one of Hong Kong’s most breathtaking vantage points. The rather in-appropriately named “Suicide Cliff”. Naturally, this viewpoint warrants nothing less than to take the most epic of selfies!

A splendid walk through the woods of the Ernici mountains, near the small medieval village of Vico in Lazio. The colors of autumn have completely enveloped us, giving us sweet emotions and beautiful memories.
A day at the Lake of Giulianello a nice and quiet place few kilometres from home (Latina, Italy). What a beautiful moments.

One of the things I love about Montana are the handmade road signs at the intersections of many gravel road. They have the names of ranches and families who live on certain roads. This one located at the intersection of Warrick Road and Cow Island Trail south of the Bear Paw Mountains near Big Sandy, Montana is a good example. For those not from Montana, some of these families on this sign are 10, 20, and even 30 miles down the road.
There aren't many places in the continental United States more remote than this place in Montana. Perhaps none. That's what makes sites like this so special.

An old dairy farm no longer in use shrouded in snow near Blanchardville, Wisconsin.
Sadly, since this photo was taken the barn has fallen into ruin. Only some timbers and a skeleton of the barn's frame remains.

"Great Horned Owl Portrait" by Patti Deters. This Great Horned Owl was part of a raptor presentation. The bright yellow eyes were alert and watching everything and everyone. He was amazingly calm for all the attention he was getting. Photographed in Rosemont, Minnesota.
