They are the Messengers of god for the King of Yafin in Nigeria who was visiting the King of Porto Novo, in Benin.

Nobody is supposed to speak to them when they are dressed like this but when i asked for a picture, they allowed me, but before they chased my guide with kicks and shouts!

Fog draped over the Astoria-Megler Bridge in Astoria, Oregon.

Interestingly, this was once called the "Bridge to Nowhere."

When it was constructed in 1962, no one believed Washington and Oregon could ever recoup the $24 million spent to construct it. Tolls, however, paid for the continuous truss bridge much sooner than anticipated. It is one of the most interesting bridges in the U.S. and a "must see" for anyone visiting Astoria, Oregon.

When I look back

I see the landscape that I have walked trough

But it is different.

All the great trees are gone.

It seems there are

Remnants of them

But it is the afterglow

Inside of you

Of all those you met

Who meant something in your life

A day at the Lake of Giulianello a nice and quiet place few kilometres from home (Latina, Italy). What a beautiful moments.

Flowers in winter, a bit of color in this cold days. This period of the year is a bit frenetic and walking in the fields seems a good therapy.

The Joker in Mundari tribe South Sudan. In the early morning the kids cover themselves with ashes to avoid mosquitos bites. They will clean the cows area by collecting the fresh dungs and put fire on the dried ones to make smoke , once again to protect the cows from the mosquitos and the tse tse flies.
