I thought photographing uneven measures of green warer in skinny bottles with a neck width of less than 1/4 inch (6.35 mm) would be so easy. Silly me. More time needed getting the water cleanly in the bottles but I like the light in the bottles.
As green is considered a cool colour also for #25/125 cool colours:125 pictures in 2025
A silhouette of a person stands amidst tall buildings under a starry night sky. Warm lights from the windows contrast with the cool hues of the night, creating a serene and dreamlike urban scene.
For Mosaic Montage Monday. Cool greens and blues against the white of Cruden Farm building and pathway. A colour photo converted to black and white, somewhat overexposed in camera photo, with a blue gradient. HMMM.
Warm colours and Cool colours.........
A warm colour remind me of heat and sunshine, cool colours remind me of water and sky...........
Vibrant geometric shapes are the focal point, set against a backdrop with a textured appearance and a mix of warm and cool tones. Splashes of light, resembling speckled stars or glitter, create a dynamic contrast across the composition.
A vibrant arrangement of white lilies is displayed in a green vase, set against a textured blue background with splattered details. The composition combines geometric shapes and organic forms, creating a striking visual contrast.
Die schönen und zeitlosen Gesichter des Waldes erlebt man an einem verregneten morgen im Dämmerlicht

Looking close...on Friday: Angels
Angel: Paper and gold felt pen
Halo: Gold foil seal from a drink bottle
Background snowflakes: Christmas decorations
Snow on ground: White chiffon curtain
Falling snow and winter sky: PhotoWorks "Flares" effect
Set up in my tabletop light box. Angel is about 6 inches high.
At the begining of the year, we had cold weather so I took the opportunity to see if I could get a photo of a frozen soap bubble. As the temperature dipped to -3 degrees C, I blew some bubbles and watched to see if any froze.
The success rate was about 40 %, some didn't freeze at all, others froze but didn't produce any patterns. Luckily there were several that did, and I was lucky that the morning Sun was starting to give things a golden glow.
If you like to peruse a master of frozen bubble, individual snow flake, water droplet and other fantastic images then may I suggest you take a look at the Photostream of Don Komaerchka

125 Pictures in 2025, theme # 25 Cool Colours
Almost no post-production; just a subtle raw conversion, a little spot removal & minor vignette - no colour or contrast tweaks. Not too bad for one of my first attempts at manual long exposures. The rest of the shots from that session didn't come out very well - mostly very overexposed. I got a little better at guessing the light levels on the next pre-dawn shoot (and I'm getting very tired from getting up at 3:30am). Maybe I should invest in a handheld light meter...
