Our new itinerary for 2022 spends time in the Chianti hills around Panzano-in-Chianti, visits Siena and then has a few days around Colle val d'Elsa - finishing with a magnificent dinner at the two Michelin star Arnolfo Restaurant. Wonderful walking in the rolling hills of Chianti, delicious food, charming hotels, a fun cooking class and lots of cultural highlights along the way.
Form sausage into a log, then wrap in plastic and freezer paper. You can just slice off frozen patties as you need them.
The untouched and historic area is our home for 8 days.
Wonderful history, castles, unique accommodation all washed down with local food and wines.

Wonderful hiking in the Mercantour and Maritime Alps. Stunning alpine flowers including carpets of alpenrose and even some edelweiss. A cookng class in Cuneo and lots of interesting history and culture along the way.
Creative Experience in Barcelona with Barcelona Cooking.
A family from Washington DC, a young couple of reporters from Mumbai, a professor from Quebec and an Italian journalist took part in a cooking class in Barcelona. After discovering the shopping secrets at the singular Boqueria Market they then experiment with the authentic recipes of the most famous spanish meals: Gazpacho, Sea Food Paella,Boquerones with Romesco Sauce and Catalan Cream. Buy, cook, learn and ... taste!
