Prater, a native of San Diego, limits the spread of disease throughout the brigade by reinforcing sanitation and passing on preventive medicine knowledge to comrades. Dawud, commander of al Nasir District Police headquarters, and Chris Henzel, leader of Ninewa Provincial Reconstruction Team, cut the ribbon at the opening of the new al Nasir District Headquarters, March 23, 2011. The Nasir District Police headquarters is one of ten Iraqi police stations built by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Ninewa province, Iraq. The completed Iraqi police stations account for more than $16 million worth of projects for Iraqi security and development, said , said Lt. Col.
