Later in the day this iguana actually chased a couple of tourists down the path. When we caught up with him he was just chilling. Look at how fat this guy is - makes you wonder if these guys snack on tourists!

A contented cat is a sleeping cat.

This took place while we were having our church service in the village of Marak Parak in Sabah. While all around is a buzz with activity, this cat just didn't have a care in the world and slept soundly through it all! Eventually we had to shoo it away because we needed to use the chair he was sleeping on.

Seriously good, AND they had a bevy of condiments, which always wins my heart. They even had a creamy horseradish sauce for my bottom bun.

Nick and I are sitting on the stools right where we consumed the glorious feast. Didn't seem right not to commemorate the moment with a little bit o' camera in the mirror.

Another one from earlier in the year. I love the colours.

My friend's two gerbils finally decide that their newly purchased coconut shell makes an ideal nest. There was just something unbearably cute about the way I found them asleep inside one on top of the other with just their entwined tails poking out.
