Containers in the Antwerp harbour.

// Containers Man ------------------------------------------------------------------------

Two ES44DCs and a C44-9W lead a BNSF stack, loaded with containers bound for one of the many ports in the LA Basin, descends Cajon Pass at Cajon on April 10, 2022. This was the location that I wanted for the previous shots, but in the end I'm glad that I got some from that angle. The only problem with this spot was that the view of the Union Pacific tracks high above was terrible. Right as this train hit the signals to my back, the UP manifest from the day earlier passed above with a few extra engines on the point. I also had missed shooting a UP stack earlier.

growing in a container in my garden. i think i've had this one in a pot for seven years now. i have others which are about 5 yrs old.
