(From All About bird) - Although some start breeding at two years of age, Sandhill Cranes may reach the age of seven before breeding. They mate for life—which can mean two decades or more—and stay with their mates year-round. Juveniles stick close by their parents for 9 or 10 months after hatching.

Shooting murals and similar street art (graffiti I can do without) is always a favorite of mine when working the streets of a city. The art throughout the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami is absolutely some of the best I've ever come across. The food and other entertainment in the area is quality as well.
The comments shot is a very large mural on the roof of the building, only visible from above.
Thanks for looking!

Among the bird world’s most skillful fliers, Cooper’s Hawks are common woodland hawks that tear through cluttered tree canopies in high speed pursuit of other birds. You’re most likely to see one prowling above a forest edge or field using just a few stiff wingbeats followed by a glide. (Cornell).

I have been intrigued lately with motion,,, specifically how much "blur" is enough, or even too much?
I struggle with that question a lot.
I like thew challenge though because I have to compensate between the shutter speed and ISO to get the right exposure.
The lighting in the station also tends to make these shots interesting.
In this image the train is coming to a halt - doing maybe about 10 MPH.
As always constructive criticism is welcome!

Combine Constructive and generative art for my new Loopcycle : Elastic sphere dance . Infinite animation loop by @monochromeandminimal#absoluterfilm #experimentalfilm #abstractart
We enjoyed a wonderful dinner with friends at an upscale Chinese restaurant in Fremont, California. The restaurant features large tanks filled with live fish and crabs, adding to the authentic dining experience.
I processed a balanced and a photographic HDR photo from a RAW exposure, blended them, and carefully adjusted the color balance and curves. I welcome and appreciate constructive comments.

I wanted to thank you all for how you reacted to my thoughts in the last post. Most of you were very thoughtful, polite, emphatic and constructive in your comments. And you made me feel better! :-)
Some of the comments were obviously by people who do not share my views on politics, economics and basic human rights.. but none of them were outright rude. So that's a good thing.
I'm still scared for my friends in the US and this knot in my stomach is only slowly going away. Just hoping that is a case of one step backwards to make two steps forwards!
I did not yet reply to every comment in the last post, but I will find the time to do so. I don't intend to turn that post or my Flickr-page into a continuous political discussion platform. Not many things get better from arguing over the Internet.
I am however going to join a political party and be as active as I can be to prevent the Dutch version of something similar as what happened on Tuesday. I figure that's a start.
Have a great weekend! You're the best! ♥
All constructive comments are appreciated. TIA
