This is a part of Diyaluma falls in Sri Lanka. I could not capture the full falls due to harsh light and less water during the time of our visit.
Thank you for your visits, faves and comments. Constructive criticism and suggestions are most welcome!

FrÃas is a municipality and city in Spain, north of the province of Burgos, autonomous community of Castilla y León. The city is the head of the municipality, framed in the region of Las Merindades, judicial district of Villarcayo.
On the hill of La Muela, and close to the wide and mighty river Ebro, a strategic enclave was established for the passage of said river, since Roman times and especially in medieval times, which linked the Cantabrian coast and the plateau, giving rise to the notable prosperity of FrÃas and its monumental complex.
It maintains a medieval urban structure that crowns the castle of the Velasco family and the church of San Vicente. The buildings maintain a constructive system in which they are attached to each other. The sunroom on the upper floor uses tuff and timber framing.
Together with the municipalities of Oña and Poza de la Sal, it forms the RaÃces de Castilla commonwealth.

I think Boo Lefou is glad that Fall has arrived. I’m hoping he’ll get some relief from his allergies. You can see in this photo the skin in the corner of his eyes is still swollen. When he has flare ups he gets all red under the eyes and in the folds around the nose. I have him on a special diet and he takes the medicine Apoquel which he’ll probably be on for life.
Have a wonderful day Flickr friends. Tina and the Puglets xo

Stay home. Stay safe and healthy everyone.
The black-hooded oriole (Oriolus xanthornus) is a member of the oriole family of passerine birds and is a resident breeder in tropical southern Asia from India and Sri Lanka east to Indonesia. It is a bird of open woodland and cultivation.
Its food is insects and fruit, especially figs, found in the tree canopies where they spend much of their time.

Sri Lankan leopard (Panthera pardus kotiya) taken at Yala NP Sri Lanka. This big cat walked towards our jeep, then crossed to the other side. See the focal length.
View in large.
The Sri Lankan leopard has a tawny or rusty yellow coat with dark spots and close-set rosettes, which are smaller than in Indian leopards.

Only one after noon, sky mostly grey in grey, late afternoon some blue sky, just not enough time to take pictures, evaluate them and then come back and improv on them.
There are three of them, one for living and two commercial buildings with many businesses. This is a realtor’s dream, location, location and location.
But photographing them is more of a challenge. There is a limited choice of locations. To take them all, just from the other side of the river Rhine (Rechts Rheinisch. Or as a panorama from behind. Other than this from the bride, Severinsbrücke, from the floor. But they are huge, even with very wide angel from the floor, there is either not enough space, some other buildings, or converging lines.
Designed by Hadi Teherani, the won several prices.
Bridge between the main part oft the bulidging an the elevator / staircase on toward the river rhine side.
As always, if you enjoy the photo, feel free to leave a constructive comment, a like

These beauties belong to the North- and baltic Sea coasts. They live at the wadden sea, near ponds or flat lakes and look absolutely beautiful. Good places to watch them to raise their chicks are at the natural reserve Wallnau, Fehmarn, an island of the baltic sea, or at the Katinger Watt, a natural reserve at the North Sea coast.

Number 322 of my 365 photo challenge - A split-toned, focus stacked, macro image of a pair of skeletal Chinese Lanterns.
This was indeed a very difficult stack to get right and there are many mistakes within the image but I am generally happy with it. I am keen to improve upon it so any constructive advice on how to achieve a more seamless blend in Photoshop would be greatly appreciated! :-)

I'm a little early, in Canada we celebrate Thanksgiving on the second Monday in October but I know I'll be busy towards the end of the week. Miss Bailey Puggins would like to wish all our Flickr friends a very happy and blessed Thanksgiving.
Inspired by our friend jlst2i beautiful wild turkey photos. Janet, this was the closest I got to seeing one around here! LOL

Constructive criticism very welcome! Photos taken on the western coastline of the small peninsula of Fyns Hoved around sunset at 10pm.
After attending rocket launches in the Mojave Desert in California we headed to the Trona Pinnacles for sunset. The mountain range in the back was still in sunlight. Can you imagine what scene the three people see?
I processed a photographic, a balanced, and a paintery HDR photo from a RAW exposure, blended them selectively, and carefully adjusted the color balance and curves. I welcome and appreciate constructive comments.
