August also saw us putting in the second half of the east wall in our basement. After pouring the huge slab of a footing we needed we set up the ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) and had readi-mix concrete delivered by cement truck to fill it up.

After the concrete was set we could install the replacement beam we had milled at GoGo's sawmill just outside of Nanaimo.

Vestia heeft een aantal flats gerenoveerd.
Gelukkig renovatie afgerond van ‘Bijlmerflats’ in de wijk Palenstein. 3 flats gerenoveerd , eentje heeft penthouse gekregen. Johan van Bourgondiélaan, Willem van Cleeflaan en Cornelis Boslaan. Ze hebben allemaal een andere stijl gekregen via kleuren.
