Mist in this low lying field is illuminated by northern lights. I converted to black and white because the sky was so green and different tones were lost in the brightness.
I've discovered that a driving ring extension fits securely on the knob on the inside of a ball turret, allowing it to be securely mounted with the convex side out. It makes a nice dome-shaped greeble, especially with a boat stud on top.

Wisconsin Central SD45 6503 leads an empty Minorca taconite train of C&NW ore jennies around the connection at Hermansville, MI in February 2000. I still struggle to believe that the C&NW-WC diamond is gone and the two routes have been consolidated through this area.
I like the simplicity of the photograph, showing the connection via the steam. this was my 2nd favorite photo of a morning shoot in Seattle. I like the contrast of the sharp structure of the buildings with the softness of the steam.
Reliving the period when the 151 used to run from Chatham to Tunbridge Wells although now the southbound section from Kings Hill to Tonbridge is now classed as route 77.
