There are 2 Mac Minis in a rack unit. The new one, on the right, is the main observatory computer while the left one provides the optical drive, storage and some other functions. Below that is a GPS-driven time server (with a time sync output to the telescope mount) and below that a unit which expands all the interfaces.
We were proudly introduced to the computer lab, which had the latest Dells and flat-screen monitors, plus a home-made catalog, and all the usual Microsoft products
More computers, noteworthy... a Timex Sinclair with a Zilog Z80 processor.
The Sinclair was first sub-mini microcomputer I can remember. It was itty bitty compared to a Commodore, or TRS-80, only about 8" wide and hooked up to a TV.

Altered motherboard (mainboard) - coloured with paint, inks, with differet kind of objects added.
Supplies: Motherboard, inks, sprays, molding paste and different, random objects from my stash - includnig buttons, trings, metal objects and a dry moth. All coloured with inks and sprays.

My papa is a college student. He is studying computer drafting and design. He lets me help him with his homework sometimes.
We have a few workstations around the place to facilitate this and that, and since I had an unused one at the house, I brought it to Resistor to get some use.
