(British) National Museum of Computing: The reverse-engineered reimplementation of the Colossus computer. It's running the same codebreaking code it ran during the war. It's trying out candidate subkeys against a string of ciphertext, and reporting which candidates produce a plaintext that is statistically nonrandom (low entropy indicating that the candidate key may match the actual key). The computer has such a small amount of memory that the ciphertext can't be stored, so instead it's read anew for each test from the endlessly-cycling paper tape on the right; the reader reads at 5000 chars/second -- faster than many commercial paper tape readers of the 50s and 60s.
