Order of Lenin Institute of Cybernetics of Academy of Sciences of Ukrainian SSR, which he visited in 1990. The booklet appears to have been published in 1979.

extended, this setup reached a height of about 21mm for a linear range of about 12.5mm. or an improvement of ~2mm over the earlier setup (for an additon of 18mm of linkage) (n.b., setup was wobbly; numbers are sketchy)
