This photo uses composition to create an interesting subject. I aligned the marble on the rule of thirds and I titled the camera to give an interesting look. I also got really low to the ground to also enhance the image. I edited this photo by increasing the hue and saturation. If I were to change this photo, I would try and make it so my cat does not have a red glow from the cherry wood chest table on her fur.
Testing out some HDR photography for a change. I am mainly focusing on composition. I love the way the tree flows across the two doors from the right, and how the black car on the left brings the photograph more centre. I have enhanced this photo using the HDR technique but not overpowered the image to make it look unrealistic alternatively I have sharpened the photo and increased the density of the highly coloured areas to make the image stand out and all around more effective for the viewer.

When I saw this kit I knew it would be perfect for creating some layouts using a couple of test strips I had kept from black and white darkroom printing.
The photography project these were from was for a part time A level in photography and was called Music Stills. The aim of which was to capture musical words and terms in portrait pictures. The two pictures being used for this set of layouts were both self portraits.
