Whilst staying in the Kempinski Hotel in Falkenstien (Near Frankfurt in Germany) I was lucky enough to stumble accross this amazing Jazz musician playing a gig in the hotel bar. He'd flown in from the US, met with his backing group (Piano, Double Bass and Drums) did a 30 minute rehearshal and then went straight into the gig. What an amazing sound they had and the improvisation they managed with only having met that day was incredible. Great musicians.

This was the one my group made. First we had to make chicken broth and then reduce that with some star anise. We garnished it with roasted squash and root vegetables. I honestly thought ours was the best taste-wise but it seems like we had the simplest recipe to follow.

Beaches composed of pebbles and other larger materials are usually described as intermediate or reflective beaches. They usually have a steep offshore slope and are narrow and steep in relief. Waves are either 'collapsing' or 'surging' in character with a strong swash and weak backwash. Hence larger pebble material is driven onshore under a strong swash and then deposited as the backwash is too weak to remove it. Also, on pebble beaches quite a bit of energy in the backwash will be lost via percolation (usually 33-50%) which further weakens the backwash.

Haven't quite decided if I like Didlr or DrawQuest most. I do, however, like them both a lot... For different reasons.
Anyhow Stylus and Phil on Didlr using Nomad Compose and iPad 3.
On Monday the 22nd of August 2011 there was a very glamourous sunset which could be seen across large parts of London.
Many red sky photos were taken that day and plastered all over Facebook and other such places.
Presumably this colour and effect was due to the cloud level and angle of the sun at this moment. This amazing colour significantly faded within the space of 5 minutes so I fired off a few quick shots.
None of the other shots were particularly better composed or executed but this represents the amazing colour best.
The indecisive moment.
