Wanted to try and find something that was both translucent and coloured to see how colour was affected by light.

 

Looking at complimentary colours.

Filled a vase with water then poured in acrylic paint, the aim was to capture the flow and movement of the paint.

 

Taken in normal light conditions. Trying to focus on the interesting patterns of movement of the paint

Didn't know how to get rid of the red part, so just pretend it's not there :)

Fuschia (subtractive color) complementing green (primary colour).

On Salix x fragilis (Crack Willow), the gall of a Willow Redgall Sawfly Pontania proxima.

Wanted to show the close up of the texture of the suede effect paper. This Bird is definately a mum look at the attitude with the wings on the hips ROTFL!!!

The rising sun baths aspens and prairie grasses in golden morning light while the valley beyond remains covered in cool fog, at Bowmont Park, Calgary.

Upon some good advice (thanks Chris!) - I re-took this to straighten up the background line, and tried to get more of the powder in the foreground in focus. Much happier with it now!
